Some thresholds arrive as a decision. Others as a transition you can already feel, even before you know what it is asking of you.
A company is changing. A partnership has run its course. A role no longer fits. Something wants to be handed over, built differently, or left behind.
These moments rarely belong to you alone. They sit inside a larger system: ownership, family, history, loyalty, timing, and the things no one in the room can quite say because everyone has a stake in what comes next.
Those are the decisions I work with.
Two founders came to me from the food world carrying a question about what came next for their company. What surfaced was not simply whether to sell, but who could take the company further than they could alone, what needed to remain with them, and what they were ready to hand over. The question became one of operating leadership and investment. They are now shaping that next chapter.
That is the work.
I read the system around what is changing, and then we return to what is concrete: the ownership, the terms, the numbers, the conversation that needs to happen.
My background spans technology, investing, and 15 years inside regenerative food and agriculture, where I still work today, alongside training in family and business constellation, dreamwork, and the Four Directional Teachings.
I can read a cap table, and I can read a room. Often, you need both.
THE FIELD OBSERVATION MAP
Every engagement begins here. You give me the situation in your own words, with the people, history, and specifics I need to understand its shape. I map what I see: the structure underneath the story, what may not yet have been named, what is shaping the present, and the question underneath the one you brought me. You receive it in writing. Then we spend two and a half hours together, working through it alongside. $2,750 - Preparation, the written Field Observation Map, and our session. It may be all you need. Some decisions need months, not hours. Ownership, capital, succession, leadership, partnership, family, and the transitions that change the shape of a company or a life. I work with only a few women this way at a time, and the work takes the form the situation requires. Sometimes I come into the room itself: a board meeting, a negotiation, the conversation that decides something.

The pattern underneath the decision becomes visible. What belongs to you becomes easier to distinguish from what belongs to the company, the family, the partnership, or the history around it. A conversation that has been avoided can finally be entered. A decision that seemed binary may reveal another possibility. What needs to be kept, changed, handed over, or left behind becomes clearer. And sometimes the shift is quieter than that. You stop asking the old question because you can finally see the one underneath it.
